Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend weighing yourself 2-3 times per week or daily if you prefer. Daily weighing helps you see natural fluctuations and understand your body better. Just remember that weight can vary 1-2 kg/3-5 lbs daily due to water retention, food intake, and other factors. Focus on the overall trend, not daily changes.
Currently, each day can have one weight entry. If you log weight twice in one day, the newer entry replaces the previous one. To view and manage all weight entries, check your Analytics screen.

Yes, completely normal! Daily weight can fluctuate 1-2 kg (2-4 lbs) due to water retention, sodium intake, exercise, hormones, and digestive content. This is why the trend line in your weight chart is more important than individual data points. Look for consistent movement over weeks, not days.
